These Terms & Conditions outline the details of The Black Friday Wedding Gift (the “Offer”) provided by Charlotte Fraser Photography

(“Charlotte”, “I”, “me”, “my”).
By submitting an application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Overview

The Black Friday Wedding Gift is an exclusive, once-off opportunity for one couple to have their 2026 wedding photographed completely on the house by Charlotte Fraser Photography.

The selected couple will receive full-day wedding coverage at no charge for the photography services listed below. 

2. Eligibility

•       Open to couples planning weddings taking place in 2026 only.

•       The wedding date must fall on a date that Charlotte is available.

•       Couples must not have already booked another wedding photographer at the time of application.

•       The selected couple agrees that Charlotte Fraser Photography will be the sole professional photographer providing coverage on their wedding day.

•       Applications are open to couples located anywhere in Australia (travel costs may apply – see Section 6).

•       Applications open at 7:00 pm AEDT on Monday 17 November 2025 and close at 7:00 pm AEDT on Sunday 30 November 2025.

•       Only fully completed forms submitted within this period will be considered.

•       Entrants must be 18 years or older.

3. Application & Selection Process

1. Couples must complete the online application form located HERE.

2. Only one application per couple will be accepted.

3. Charlotte will personally review all completed applications and select one couple based on:

   1. Connection to their story and values

   2. Alignment with Charlotte’s photographic style and approach

   3. Feasibility and availability for the proposed 2026 date and location

4. The selection is not random and will be made at Charlotte’s sole discretion.

5. The selected couple will be contacted personally via phone and email at 10:00 am AEDT on Sunday 7 December 2025.

6. If the chosen couple cannot proceed, Charlotte reserves the right to select another applicant.

4. What’s Included

The selected couple will receive:

•       Full-day wedding photography coverage by Charlotte Fraser (up to 10 hours)

•       48-hour sneak-peek gallery (approx. 50 images)

•       Full online gallery delivered within 8–10 weeks

•       Unlimited pre-wedding planning support and timeline guidance

5. What’s Not Included

•       Travel and one-night accommodation for Charlotte (if the wedding is outside the included radius – see Section 6)

•       Optional extras such as albums, prints or a second shooter

•       Any permits or venue fees required for photography

6. Travel & Accommodation

For the winning couple, travel and accommodation coverage applies as follows:

•       Weddings located within 30 km of postcode 2068 (Willoughby, Sydney) are included at no additional cost.

•       For weddings located more than 30 km from 2068, the couple agrees to cover:

  •       Reasonable return travel expenses (flights, fuel or car hire), and

  •       One night of standard accommodation close to the venue (if required).

•       Travel and accommodation details will be agreed upon in writing prior to final confirmation of the booking.

   

7. Booking & Contract

All bookings (including the selected couple) require a signed photography contract outlining service terms, usage rights and deliverables.

The selected “on-the-house” couple will sign a standard contract at $0 fee and submit a $1,000 deposit, which will be:

•       Retained until 7 days prior to the wedding, and

•       Refunded in full at that time if the couple proceeds with their booking as planned.

•       If the couple cancels prior to the wedding date, the $1,000 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

8. Cancellation or Postponement

      If the selected couple cancels their wedding or chooses not to proceed, the Offer will be forfeited and another couple may be selected. 

9. Rights & Usage

•       Charlotte Fraser Photography retains copyright to all images created.

•       The selected couple grants Charlotte permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (including website, social media, print, and online features).

•       Charlotte may also submit the wedding for publication to online blogs, magazines, or wedding media outlets, with appropriate credit given to the couple and participating vendors.

•       Couples are granted a personal licence to download, print, and share their images for personal use.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected through the application process will be used solely for administering this Offer and contacting applicants.

No information will be shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

Charlotte Fraser Photography will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the Offer or acceptance of the services, except where required by law.

12. General

•       The Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

•       Charlotte reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time for reasons beyond her control.

•       Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
